Update 0.9.10: Balance Changes

IPS-N EVERY
The Every managed to make it to 0.9.10 with very few changes outside of a very minor weapon nerf to Ricochet Disc.  Outside of it working extremely well with the Every's core passive alongside Gunslinger / Hunter, allowing you to hit enemies on different sides of you felt weird regardless of the frame its on.

  • Ricochet Disc
    • When thrown, can attack two targets within RANGE 3 of each other.

SSC HERCULES
The size 3 menace remains unchanged outside of one weapon - the curved blade.  While having an accurate main is nice, it wasn't as integral to the Herc's gameplan as its big accurate heavies.  As such, I decided it would be better to give it a simple grenade and mine that can be used to slow enemies or knock them prone.

  • NEW! Impact Charges
    • Impact Grenade: 1d6 Kinetic + Slowed on a Failed Save
    • Impact MineAutomatic Slow, Hull Save or Fall Prone

HORUS DEVA
The Deva's superheavy weapon proved to be quite powerful in its Dangerzone State, granting too much benefit for such an easy condition to meet.  As such, it lost some damage in exchange for utility in the form of SEEKING.

  • Micro-Sun Wheel
    • Base Profile
      • 2d6+2 Energy + 2 Heat
    • Danger Zone Profile
      • 2d6+3 AP Energy + 3 Heat
      • Seeking

HA CYRUS
The Cyrus has undergone quite a few changes since the last update to reflect its position as a dedicated hacker.  Having a heavy mount encouraged it to attack far too much, not making the most use out of Unleashed Mode for the big critical tech attacks.  As such, it was demoted to having double flex and new auxiliary nexuses that compliment its heat-gunning.

  • Cyrus Frame
    • Mounts:  Flex + Flex
    • Gained Superior Computing: +1 Accuracy to all Systems checks and saves.
  • NEW! Headhunter Nanites
    • Auxiliary Nexus, 1 SP, Heat 1 (Self), Seeking, Smart
    • 1 Kinetic + 1 Burn, Range 10
    • If your target took heat this round, this weapon does not cost heat to fire.
